I thought when an you want to evolve Eevee into Leafeon or Glaceon, you had to be in the same patch of grass as the Mossy Rock or Frosty Rock. The information on doing so, at least in Eevee's article, says you just have to be in Eterna Forest or Route 217 to do it. So, which one is true?
