During Team Rocket's motto variation, Jessie ends one of her lines with "itching". James then says "It might finally stop all of Jessie's... complaining". Now it's pretty obvious what James wanted to say, so could it be considered that he intentionally broke the fourth wall to censor himself? I dont think it was breaking the 4th wall, but it seems like some extra thought was put into it by the dubbers.
