:No, it's not as they only appear for 1 episode anyway. All of them have to be removed from the episode pages. ::Am I the only one on Bulapedia that uses the term one-time character instead of character of the day? But yeah, I agree, they don't belong to the list because it's extremely unlikely that they would reappear.
