Name

Sleepe? I've always seen it "Sleeper" - unsigned comment from Blackjack Gabbiani (talkcontribs)

>That's Hypno's name. I usually see Drowzee as just "Sleep". I'm wondering where the e comes from?

Maybe the name is supposed to based of off "Sleepy" instead. If you're okay with this idea, I'll put it in the main article.--Pokencyclopedia 02:26, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Shiny sprite

Why does Ruby/Sapphire have the shiny sprite for both images? Is there any way to revert this? Shoy 04:26, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

Fixed. Someone uploaded the wrong sprite. —darklordtrom 04:30, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

Edit request

In the Game locations section, the dprarity link should be to Swarms or Mass Outbreak rather than Swarm.--Liquid ICE (User:Cold)(page, talk) 20:51, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Grammar

In the anime section, the sentence beginning, "Drowzee was living in abandoned mining town" is missing an article. It should be an abandoned mining town. --Trebligoniqua 16:29, 23 October 2009 (UTC)

Berry Forest

I can't edir so I'm just going to put down here that Drowzee can be found in the berry forest. BrokenMotor 23:13, 24 October 2009 (UTC)

Weird Question

I could swear at some point there was a reference to Drowzee sharing dreams with their trainers but I can't find it. Is this actually real or am I just imagining things? --Wild Gardevoir ♂ 01:21, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

Dream Eater?

Should I mention in Trivia the fact that Drowzee does not naturally learn Dream Eater, despite the Pokedex frequently mentioning it? Zyborg (talk) 05:10, 4 November 2013 (UTC)

Nope, for the same reason we don't allow the trivium that Lickitung couldn't learn Lick in Gen 1: eating dreams does not necessarily mean using the move Dream Eater, licking things does not necessarily mean using the move Lick, biting things does not necessarily mean using the move Bite, flying does not necessarily mean Fly, carrying a Trainer across water does not mean Surf, etc. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 05:18, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
True, and I doubt the anime counts, with its Pokédex mentioning it being the first Pokémon to use a combination attack like Hypnosis and Dream Eater since, you know, "aim for the horn", Growlithe=Arcanine, etc. Zyborg (talk) 14:15, 4 November 2013 (UTC)

Maybe not a Tapir.

Drowzee looks a lot like the Tamandua. https://www.google.com/search?q=Tamandua&newwindow=1&es_sm=122&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=Gw4-VcHMCJayyASrxYDgDQ&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1536&bih=777- unsigned comment from Likalaruku (talkcontribs)

Um, not really that much. It looks much more like tapir, most notably not having long tail. And Drowzee's dream eating is reference to baku which is based on tapir.--Den Zen 10:52, 27 April 2015 (UTC)
