Wizards Original Card
I can't right now, but someone should mention how this card is a card WotC created on their own. In fact, this card was also the reason why the Team Rocket set was delayed for a good half year from release, because Japan was very reluctant to allow Wizards to make the card. - Nick15 05:57, 12 May 2010 (UTC)
