Voice
Is that information about Katsuyuki Konishi voicing Cissy correct? I always thought Konishi was a guy, as evidenced by the picture in his article (unless that's someone else I found). Plus, the roles he's played are mostly deep-voiced characters (Snorlax, Tauros). Of course, I don't know that much about the Japanese VAs, so I could be wrong. challenges
according to my understanding after watching the episode again, the two challenges is only the water gun challenge. the first part is the static targets. the second is the moving targets. the third challenge, which is the surfing challenge, is only used when there is a tie. this is based on the conversation between cissy and senta. when seadra is released, she said "let's start the match with (two/the) water gun challenge". not sure whether it is the or two, but it sound similar to two. when there is a tie at the end of the moving target challenge, senta asked "now what do we do?" He shouldnt be asking this question if the surfing challenge is part of the match all along. cissy replied "the way to break the tie is..." This implied that this is the first time there is a tie based on senta questioning cissy and her reply. Hence, the article stating that the surfing challenge is the second match should be changed. it is an extra match to break the tie. -Pokeant (talk) 10:27, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

That link is no longer available... I wondered this and according to the 3-disc 2015 DVD Complete Collection "Adventures in the Orange Islands" English subtitles her name is indeed Cissy. Greengiant (talk) 18:38, 1 June 2019 (UTC)
I think I found the promo in question and in a September 2000 Kids WB promo her name was spelled "Sissy" which might be worth adding to trivia section. Greengiant (talk) 16:56, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
