::Yeah, I've seen that one. It could probably be implemented as rollover text, same as Mawile. Not entirely certain on the phrasing, though. "Likely intended to be 'latch'" sounds a bit awkward. I'll just wait until I think of something, I suppose (or someone else edits or suggests).
