Bill's Childhood

Didn't Bill grow up in Kanto? "In the Japanese version, Bebe speaks in Kansai dialect, much like Bill. This may indicate that, like him, she grew up in Johto." -Cra 07:21, 16 January 2011 (UTC)-Cra
