::So? That still doesn't make "Pearl" the most used name. He was called "Pearl" in Diamond and "Diamond" in Pearl.
::And the only reason why the "rival's real name is his default name in the primary game version, which is also the title name of the "secondary" game version of that generation" rule worked in RGBY and GSC was because a) The player character's default name was the primary version, and b) the "extra versions" (japanese Blue, Yellow, Crystal) used the second version's title as a default name for the rival.
