Look at thr logo on the building. It's the "B"-button on a white DS Lite. When you press "B", it stops evolution. Yin Yang 04:15, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

It's because they don't want their Pokémon to evolve like when you press the button during evolution. I do it all the time to get attacks like Seed Bmob for Bulbasaur Laxafett 10:39, 17 May 2009(UTC)

Yes but does it ever say in the episode why they're called the B-Button League. EVERYONE that ever played the games gets why the company named them that but people aren't asking why the creators gave them that name, they're asking if the creators gave the characters a reasoning behind that name. - unsigned comment from Blackstone Dresden (talk • contribs)
