Actually,Japanese animes have a unique way to convey the occurences of events through various symbolical tropes.In animes,a band-aid always indicates that the character had been hurt and sustained injuries on whom it is applied.So the removal of it  just denotes that the bruise/cut has been redressed.So it is just a style,not an error.
