Solar Power (Japanese: サンパワー Sun Power) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Three Pokémon have this ability, all of which are Template:Type2 and have Chlorophyll as their second ability.

Solar Power raises the Special Attack stat 1.5×, but lowers the user's HP by 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn in sunshine.

Outside of battle

Solar Power has no effect outside of battle.
