They photosynthesize by bathing their tails in sunlight. When they are not feeling well, their tails droop.

Release information

This card was included in the English Black & White expansion, first released in the Japanese Beginning Set and Beginning Set for Girls. A Bubble Holofoil version was also included in the Beginning Set for Girls. In Japan, it was reprinted in the Beginning Set + and Beginning Set Pikachu Version. A special Crosshatch Holofoil of the English print was made available in the 2011 Pokémon League Cycle. In September 2011, a Cosmos Holo print was included in the Super Snivy Box.

Tackle and Vine Whip are both moves in the Pokémon games that Snivy can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon White.
