Route 215 (Japanese: 215ばんどうろ Route 215) is a route in central Sinnoh that connects Veilstone City and Route 210.

Route description

Route 215 connects Route 210 and Veilstone City. This route has many hills that are connected by bridges.

When the player enters Route 215 from Route 210, on the left there is a hill with a bridge going to another hill. If the player goes onto the hill and cross over to the other side, he/she can see a Honey Tree above him/her. Below the player, a way underneath the bridge is usable; following the path east and then south will bring the player to a hillside with a Black Belt that will give the player TM66 (Payback). Following the bridge on the east of the hill, the player will reach another hill with a bridge on the east. After descending from the hill, the player can see a cut-able tree on the east and a patch of grass just south of the bridge. South of the patch of grass, a ledge leads back to Route 210. Continuing east, there is a hill with grass on and around it. Close to a ledge on the north-east of the player, there is a Trainer Tips sign. Near the bottom of the grassy hill, there is another cuttable tree, blocking access to a Berry patch. Upon ascending the grassy hill, the player can go south or north. On the north, there is a pathway that weaves between grassy patches on either side. At the very top of the route, another cuttable tree serves as a shortcut. If the player follows the path, the player will come to a very large patch of grass in the north-east-most corner of the route. Below the large patch, two cuttable trees block the player's way to an item. Continuing south-west on the route, the player will find a ledge and a grass patch on the west, and the way to Veilstone City on the east. Just after the Route sign, another Berry Patch is tucked away in between some trees.

Trivia

  • In Diamond and Pearl, Geodude and Ponyta can be found here in abundance, despite both of them being weak to the Water-type, and the route being constantly rained upon.
