Brings down the energy of any Pokémon that have already used a move this turn.

Simple Beam (Japanese: シンプルビーム Simple Beam) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation V.

Effect

Simple Beam changes the target's Ability to Simple until the target switches out. It does not work on Pokémon with the Abilities Truant, Multitype, or Stance Change.

With this Ability, any moves or effects that modify the target's stat stages (both positive and negative) double in effectiveness.
