At the beginning of this arc, Red and Blue each received a Tri-Pass left to them by Professor Oak, which they used to first board the Seagallop Ferry to the Sevii Islands. In My, My, My Mimic, they each obtained a Rainbow Pass sent to them by Bill, using them to board the Seagallop Ferry to Four Island.

In Going Green, Green was revealed to have obtained her Tri-Pass and Rainbow Pass prior to the arc in order to travel to the Sevii Islands and catch Moltres on Mt. Ember.
