Secret Warehouse
(Japanese: ポケモンショップ エントランス Secret Warehouse) is the 17th area in Pokémon Scramble U. It is available after the player clears Figure Collection. In this area, the player fights three bosses - Lucario, Samurott, and Emboar. Each stage must be cleared before moving on to the next stage.
First stage

- Defeat the boss within the time limit
- Clear in 100 seconds
- Clear with a Pokémon with a strength of 1900 or more
- Clear without using Flying-type Pokémon
- Clear on Tuesday
