Roar of Time (Japanese: ときのほうこう Roar of Time) is a damage-dealing Dragon-type move introduced in Generation IV. It is the signature move of Dialga.

Effect

Roar of Time inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn. Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge the next turn.

At the beginning of the mission, it uses Roar of Time to send the player and Wendy back in time to before the player moved to Chicole Village.   Dialga's eyes glow orange and the diamond on its chest glows blue. The fins behind it grow larger and Dialga opens its mouth, an indigo ball forming in front of it. It then fires an indigo beam from the ball at the opponent. After the attack has been fired, the fins on its back shrink back to normal size.

  Dialga's diamond on its chest glows blue, then a small purple and black ball grows in front of its mouth, until it becomes nearly the size of its face. It then shoots a black, purple, and white beam from it, with white gusts of aura bursting from the beam as it is fired.
