Rhonda (Japanese: ユウカ Yūka) is a recurring character in the Pokémon anime. She is the host of the most popular television show in the Sinnoh region, Sinnoh Now. She first appeared in The Champ Twins!.

Rhonda made her debut appearance in The Champ Twins!, where she was seen doing a story on a Pokémon Training Camp, focusing on two of the camp's Trainers and their ability to test the strength of any Trainer they challenge. She asked Ryan and Bryan to take a few shots of their Tag Battle with Ash and Dawn and, when the two teams agreed, she and the Sinnoh Now crew began covering their battle, which ended in a loss for Ash and Dawn. Later, the crew was seen filming Team Rocket while they were trying to escape with Bryan's Croconaw and Ryan's Quilava. Ash and Dawn appeared at that moment and managed to send them blasting off with the help of their Turtwig and Piplup. After that, Ash and Dawn had another Tag Battle with Ryan and Bryan, with Rhonda once again filming. They were able to defeat the twin brothers this time, breaking their winning streak. Much to their delight, Rhonda later said she would not air the first battle because the last one had much better combinations.

Rhonda appeared again in All Dressed Up With Somewhere To Go!, where she served as the announcer for the Pokémon Dress-Up Contest.

A Secret Sphere of Influence!, Top-Down Training in Mass Hip-Po-Sis!, Our Cup Runneth Over!, Pursuing a Lofty Goal!, and Beating the Bustle and Hustle! as a recurring character. She also makes a brief appearance in Losing Its Lustrous, reporting Team Galactic's theft of the Adamant Orb. Rhonda seems to be a very dedicated and determined reporter, going to lengths to get her story, but hates having to do one of her crewman's work if they can't do it themselves, confirmed in Mass Hip-Po-Sis. An example was in Our Cup Runneth Over!, where she hid in the bushes with her crew so she could keep an eye on Wallace. Unfortunately for Rhonda, the camera had run out of batteries so she could not cover the story. Rhonda later appeared in Beating the Bustle and Hustle! to cover the auditions for Sinnoh Pokémon Hustle that were being held near Lake Acuity, not realizing it was actually a Team Rocket scheme to steal all the participants' Pokémon. She then made a brief appearance in Double-Time Battle Training! when Ash and Brock saw her on TV interviewing Paul outside Canalave Gym after he had won his eighth and final Sinnoh League Badge.

Rhonda reappeared in the Grand Festival arc where she was covering the Grand Festival.

She made a cameo in the credits of Zoroark: Master of Illusions reporting the events at Crown City.
