Dr. Quincy T. Quackenpoker (Japanese: ミドリカワ Midorikawa) is a character of the day who appeared in The Wacky Watcher!.
Quackenpoker is a Pokémon Watcher with 50 years of experience and, in the dub, one of Tracey's idols. Tracey got the chance to meet him while traveling with Ash and Misty in the Orange Islands. When they met Quackenpoker, he was busy studying the Magikarp living on Rind Island. Over the previous three years, he had placed different colored bands on the base of the Magikarp's tails to help him identify them.
