This card was released in the English EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua expansion, first originating as one of the Japanese ADV-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this card was released through a Meiji Chocolate campaign in February 2004.

Trivia

Origin

Bubble and Confuse Ray are both moves in the Pokémon games. Psyduck can learn Confuse Ray (via breeding), but not Bubble. This card's e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sapphire.
