→History: as shown in this listing (https://jp.mercari.com/item/m94863403578), the first PCG expansion to be published by TPC in Japan appears to be the Neo 3 set Awakening Legends, released in 2000. Media Factory continued to provide distribution throughout the 2000s, but I don't know exactly when they stopped.
