===Pick-Up Puzzle===
Clear all the {{i|Poké Ball}}s on the field within a certain direction without stepping back. Movement is only allowed if there is a Poké Ball in that direction.

===Stretch Puzzle===
Stretch the bars by the given number to fill all the gaps on the grid.

===Shadow Puzzle===
Returning from the first game, the Shadow Puzzles are unlocked after 30 puzzles have been completed, different shapes are put together to form a Pokémon's image.
