Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Team Go-Getters Out of the Gate!: Difference between revisions

Then it goes to an intro sequence where these sub-titles are read: "This is a story about a boy who one day woke up and became Squirtle. In his new Pokémon world, he found out that there were many problems, and Pokémon Rescue Teams had been formed to deal with those problems. Squirtle joins team go-getters and starts his adventure with his new friends." Squirtle wakes up in a room with waterfalls and other things related to water (much related to the Team Base in the games). Squirtle falls into a pool of water and finds that since he is now a Squirtle, he is able to swim. He also realizes, that since he is now a Squirtle, he should have attacks. So he tries a [[Water Gun]], but fails and lets out a [[Bubble]] attack. The same Charmander from earlier and a Chikorita, go into the room where Squirtle is. Squirtle still states he is human, but this just makes them laugh. The Pokémon then explain about their role as a rescue team in a disaster plagued society and show off their Rescue Team symbols. Out of nowhere, an earthquake strikes. This scares Squirtle, but Charmander and Chikorita just take him to the [[Pelipper Post Office]]. The gang then finds out that a distressed Pichu has lost his older brother and immediately volunteers to help rescue the older brother. Then Team Meanies, (consisting of a Gengar, Medicham, and Ekans) burst in and say that they will take on the mission instead of Team Go-Getters. However, the Whiscash in the pond sends both of the teams to Sinister Cave to see who can rescue the Pikachu first. The team prepares for the long mission by trying to buy supplies from the Kecleon bothers, but the Kecleons tell the team that they are all sold-out from Team Meanies. Sad that they aren't well prepared for the mission, a friendly Kangaskhan known as Auntie Kangaskhan helps them by giving them Corsola Spines and [[Pecha Scarfs]. All prepared, the gang heads to the cave for their mission. Early into the mission, the team notices cries within the cave. Charmander uses a [[Metal Claw]] to break open a rock and reveal that the Pichu is there. The team encounters more problems when a swarm of Shroomish are upset and unleash a [[Poisonpowder]], but the team evades it because of their Pecha Scarfs. After the team exits the inner part of the cave, an angered [[Skarmory]] flies in and abducts the Pichu. The team races to the top of the mountain where the Skarmory headed and finds an injured Team Meanies along the way, and nourishes them to health with an [[Oran Berry]]. The team finally arrives where Skarmory is and finds Pichu and Pikachu tied up to a rock. After a long battle with the Skarmory, the team is on the losing end until Pikachu tosses Squirtle a [[Quick Seed]] and increases his speed. The whole team then uses combo attacks of [[Flamethrower]], [[Razor Leaf]], [[Water Gun]] to defeat Skarmory and rescue the Pikachu and Pichu brothers. Then back at the town, the team notices a Pelipper flying towards the Pelipper Post Office and rushes there to get their next mission, which is when the episode ends.
