Some of the effects include: Lowering or raising the enemies' speed, only a certain Pokémon appearing on the floor and being the only one encountered on that floor, not being able to recover HP, weather effects appearing, enemies put to sleep, Wonder Orbs not being usable, and consumable items not being usable.
