This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion, first originating from the Japanese SoulSilver Collection. It was later reprinted in the English Gyarados Half Deck of the HS Trainer Kit. It was again reprinted in the Black & White expansion, originating from the Japanese Black Collection, with new artwork by 5ban Graphics.
