Volume 31: Team Galactic Moves Out is the 31st volume of the Pokémon Adventures manga and the second volume in the Diamond & Pearl arc. It is authored by 日下秀憲 Hidenori Kusaka and illustrated by 山本サトシ Satoshi Yamamoto.
In VIZ Media's translation, this volume is published as volume two of a separately numbered series, "Pokémon Adventures: Diamond and Pearl/Platinum".

- The trio meet Fantina, who takes them to the Lost Tower to hide from Paka and Uji.
- It is revealed that the electricity stolen from Valley Windworks is to be used for the Galactic Bomb.
- Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum meet two Unown, named Grumpy and Flaky. They help the two Pokémon free their friends who had been trapped in the Solaceon Ruins.
