Release information

This card was released in the HeartGold & SoulSilver expansion, first originating from the Japanese SoulSilver Collection. It was later reprinted in the Raichu Half Deck of the HS Trainer Kit. A specially stamped promotional print of this card was given away at Pokémon Day 2010.

Tail Slap is a move later introduced in the Generation V Pokémon games; however, the Japanese names do not match, making this attack and the move unrelated. Quick Attack is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon SoulSilver.
