Pelipper (Japanese: ペリッパ Pelipper) is a non-player character in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team.

A certain Pelipper delivers mail to the player's rescue base. After the player tells the partner that the balance of the world is in space, the partner asks Pelipper to take them into space. Pelipper tells them "no way" before flying off again. He then later leaves a letter for the player and partner before they go on the run as fugitives to say goodbye to them. He was then happy to be delivering mail to them again once the player and partner returned, delivering a breaking news post to Pokémon Square to tell everyone of the player's innocence.

Pelipper appeared in the anime special Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Team Go-Getters Out of the Gate!. He first appeared in the beginning, flying over Charmander and Squirtle of the later formed Team Go-Getters during their first meeting. He then appeared in the end, flying over to the Pelipper Post Office as Team Go-Getters watched on. The Team decided to go to the Pelipper Post Office to get a new mission.
