Oralie (Japanese: オトネ Otone) is a character of the day who appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution!.

Oralie of the B-Button League

She is the younger sister of Haley and is also a member of the B-Button League. As a member of the league, she aims to make her Magikarp the strongest Pokémon without having to evolve it.

Oralie's Magikarp appeared in Ya See We Want An Evolution! where it was owned by Oralie who is part of the B-Button League which are Coordinators that do not evolve their Pokémon, the Sinnoh Today reporter speaks to Ash, Dawn and Brock about a powerful Magikarp and a powerful Feebas. After meeting Oralie and Haley, Magikarp and Feebas jump out the water, showing their beauty. Then Dawn battles Magikarp with her Piplup to see how strong the Fish Pokémon is. Magikarp manages to dodge Piplup attacks such as Peck and BubbleBeam, but quickly knocks out Piplup with one strong Tackle. Next up is Ash to battle using his Pikachu, Pikachu launches a Thunderbolt, but Magikarp dodges it and launches another Tackle knocking Pikachu against the wall. Suddenly they collide Pikachu launching an Iron Tail and Magikarp another Tackle, both Pokémon exhausted after being hit, the battle is called off for lunch.

Suddenly Team Rocket grab Magikarp and Feebas so they can evolve them into a Gyarados and Milotic with their new mecha, Pikachu tries to launch a Thunderbolt to break them out, but is captured too. They try to evolve them but the machine does not work, Pikachu launches a Thunderbolt breaking them out, the mecha is destroyed. Along with Feebas, Magikarp starts battle Team Rocket launching a Tackle alongside Feebas's Ice Beam sending Team Rocket blasting off.

Magikarp's only known move is Tackle.
