Nascour
Nascour (Japanese: ジャキラ Jakira) was thought to be the head of Cipher. A man with a terrifying visage, he is gaunt, dressed in black clothes and possesses wiry, white, serpentine hair.
Nascour's strategy in battle is to use X Special and other stat-enhancing items on his Pokémon.
In Pokémon Colosseum
Nascour first met Wes and Rui at Phenac City. Nascour was leaving Es Cade's home after trying to "attack" it, apparently. He promised Wes that they would meet again soon. He spoke truly.
Throughout the rest of the Shadow Pokémon incident in Orre, Nascour gave orders to the Cipher admins - Ein, Dakim, Miror B. and Venus.
At Realgam Tower, Nascour forced Wes to battle against four trainers in a row, without a rest. He then fought Wes himself, in front of a packed stadium of witnesses. However, Nascour failed to defeat Wes. He then revealed that he had been taking orders from Es Cade, who now called himself Evice, all along.
Nascour is presumably arrested along with Evice in the finale of Pokémon Colosseum.

- When battling Nascour, there is no background music. Instead, the crowd can be heard chanting his name.
