Release information

In Japan, this card was released for Meiji Chocolate's promotional campaign in June 2006. It was later reprinted in the World Champions Pack.

Origin

Psyshock's Japanese name is that of Confusion, a move in the Pokémon games that Meditite can learn. Cross Chop is also a move, though Meditite cannot learn it.
