Merging unnecessary "Reaction and purpose" section into the lead

→Usage: Describing this as "treated as being made outside the game" is misleading at best (bordering on incorrect, because it sounds like it's referring to game of origin). They are treated as having a different language of origin, which is why the Masuda method works.

→Usage: Information about ingame trades not counting as foreign language Pokémon is completely false, and unless behavior differed in older generations, this is myth that's been spread around for over a decade. The language of origin tag is the only value used to determine whether Masuda Method applies, there is no hidden blacklist or data that differentiates a foreign NPC trade Pokémon from one actually obtained from a foreign savefile via trade.

As I explained on the talk page in 2017, Pokémon do not track the physical cartridge they originated on. They track OT details like OT name, OT gender, Trainer ID, and Secret ID; and other details like language of origin.

comparison to the radar is pretty obsolete (and I never saw proof of people preferring it; this text always felt like one person's opinion)
