The '''Three Fires''' (Japanese: '''三頭火''' ''Three Head Fires'') are the {{tc|Magma Admin}}s of [[Team Magma]] in the [[Pokémon Adventures]] manga. They are second in command only to [[Maxie]].
A '''Magma Admin''' (Japanese: '''マグマだんかんぶ''' ''Team Magma Executive'') is a type of [[Pokémon Trainer]] that first debuted in the [[Generation III]] games. Magma Admins can come in either gender.


Every member of the Three Fires contain a special memory-recording lighter than can burn the memories of its holder onto paper. The three lighters can also link up and mix their memory data with each other. Courtney explains that they each use fire in a different way.
The title has only specifically refers to two characters: [[Magma Admin Courtney|Courtney]] and [[Tabitha]]. They are the subleaders of [[Team Magma]] under [[Maxie]].

They can be considered parallels not only to the [[Subleaders of the Sea Scheme|SSS]] of Team Aqua, but also to the [[Team Rocket Elite Trio|Team Rocket Triad]] and [[The Three Beasts]].

They seem to be much more loyal to each other than the SSS of Team Aqua, and they seem to be treated as equals by Maxie, as opposed to how [[Archie]] treats the SSS, as pawns.

Only one Magma Admin, [[Tabitha]], ever appeared in the anime. He made his debut along with Aqua Admin Shelly in ''[[AG027|A Three-Team Scheme]]'', where he was mistakenly referred to as "Field Commander Harlan"; this was corrected in subsequent episodes. He led a squad on a mission to [[Dewford Island]] to find the [[Cave of Origin]]. It was revealed that he was carrying the {{DL|Legendary artifacts|Blue Orb}} (mistakenly referred to as the ''Indigo Orb)'' with him at the time, though it was never shown on-screen.
 
Tabitha appeared several other times throughout the {{series|Advanced Generation}} in command of {{tc|Team Magma Grunt}}s: at the [[Oceanic Museum]] in ''[[AG036|The Spheal of Approval]]'' and at [[Mt. Chimney]] in ''[[AG054|Fight for the Meteorite!]]''. His final appearance was in ''[[AG097|Gaining Groudon]]'' and ''[[AG098|The Scuffle of Legends]]'', where he witnessed the battle between Kyogre and Groudon. Like the rest of Team Magma, he is not seen again after these episodes.
