It is not present in {{g|Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky}}. It is not actually part of the team, only behaving as part of it, so it will not follow the team onto the next floor.

When the team leader is attacked by a wild Pokémon and the attack is passed onto the Kecleon, Kecleon will attack the Pokémon who attacked it.
