+Pokémon with [[Form differences|multiple forms]] may be listed differently depending on the sprite used in the main Pokédex entry, which can be changed in [[Generation V]].  Currently, the only Pokémon who changes drastically enough for this to apply to is {{p|Giratina}}.  It is categorised by its multiple legs in the Altered Forme while, in the Origin Forme, it is instead categorised by its serpentine appearance.
