Bonsly Card
- Purpose: Allows play of the card in Battle Bingo.
- Description: Take this to the receptionist to battle Bonsly.
- Location: ONBS
Bonsly Photo
- Purpose: Shows a picture of Bonsly.
- Description: The Bingo prize for winning using the Bonsly Card.
- Location: Realgam Tower
Cologne Case
- Purpose: Holds cologne.
- Description: A case for carrying scents that appeal to Pokémon.
- Location: Agate Village
Cry Analyzer
- Purpose: Used to detach certain translators.
- Description: A device that analyzes the cries of Pokémon.
- Location: Kaminko's House
Data ROM
- Purpose: Holds information about all created Shadow Pokémon.
- Description: A memory device that may contain Cipher's secrets.
- Location: Cipher Lab
Disc Case
- Purpose: Holds Battle CDs.
- Description: A case for storing Battle CDs.
- Location: Phenac City
Elevator Key
- Purpose: Unlocks the Pre Gym's elevator.
- Description: The key for the elevator in the Pre Gym.
- Location: Phenac City
Gonzap's Key
- Purpose: Opens an item box containing TM30 (Shadow Ball).
- Description: A key obtained from Gonzap to open a treasure chest.
- Location: Snagem Hideout
ID Card
- Purpose: Permits access to a restricted elevator in the Cipher Lab.
- Description: An item used for security checks at Cipher buildings.
- Location: Cipher Lab
Krane Memo 1
- Purpose: Contains information about snagging.
- Description: A memo written by Krane about the Snag System.
- Location: HQ Lab

- Purpose: Contains information about the Aura Reader.

- Purpose: A note to deliver to Justy.
- Description: An important letter from the Mayor to Justy.

Moon Shard
- Purpose: Allows Eevee to evolve into Umbreon if certain conditions are met.
- Description: An odd shard that makes Eevee evolve into Umbreon.
- Location: Gateon Port
Miror Radar
- Purpose: Keeps track of Miror B.
- Description: A found device that senses Miror B.'s presence.
- Location: Cave Poké Spot
Music Disc
- Purpose: Allows a change of music in the mayor's house.
- Description: A plaintive love song by a pop star. It is a big seller.
- Location: Phenac City
Sun Shard
- Purpose: Allows Eevee to evolve into Espeon if certain conditions are met.
- Description: An odd shard that makes Eevee evolve into Espeon.
- Location: Gateon Port
System Lever
- Purpose: Shuts down the Cipher Key Lair.
- Description: A handle-shaped lever that controls a machine.
- Location: Cipher Key Lair
Voice Case 1
- Purpose: Heals a Combusken in Agate Village.
- Description: A special case that contains the cry of a Pokémon.
- Location: Kaminko's House
Voice Case 2
- Purpose: Heals a Poochyena in Agate Village.
- Description: A special case that contains the cry of a Pokémon.

- Purpose: Heals a Taillow in Agate Village.
