List of Japanese characters in the international Generation I and II games

In the international releases of the Generation I and II games, many glitches contain Japanese characters called kana, with the notable example of ゥ, the small form of the katakana character ウ. The localizations of these older games were not supposed to contain any kana at all but some characters were left behind within the internal data.
