Lightning (TCG)

The Lightning type is one of nine TCG elemental types.

The Fire type contains all Lightning Pokémon found in the Game Boy games. For example, Raichu, Zapdos and Raikou are all Lightning types in the TCG.

• Fighting

Generally Lightning Pokémon has a resistance to:

• Metal

These types are generally weak to Lightning Pokémon:

• Water (if the Pokémon was a Water or Ice type in the Game Boy game)
• Normal (if the Pokémon was a Flying type in the Game Boy game)

These types are generally resistant to Lightning Pokémon:

• Fighting (if the Pokémon was a Ground type in the Game Boy game)
