Kanto Pokémon Federation

The Kanto Pokémon Association (Kanto Pokémon Federation in Generation IV) is an affiliation of three Bikers on Route 8, found only in the Generation II games and their Generation IV remakes. The Underground Path on their route was shut down after they (presumably) wrecked it.
