It is run by a motherly {{p|Kangaskhan}} which allows the player to store items. The space available in Kangaskhan storage increases as the player proceeds through the game in [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness|Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness]] and [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky|Explorers of Sky]], while in [[Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team]] the player can store infinite in the beginning. Rewards which the player does not have space for in their bag are also deposited in Kangaskhan Storage.
