Izzy (Japanese: 飯野イイゾー Iizō Iino) and Cara (Japanese: 飯野カネ Kane Iino) are recurring characters in the Pokémon anime. They are husband and wife.

Cara and Izzy

Izzy and Cara first appeared in Strategy Begins at Home!. Both are residents of Twinleaf Town as well as Dawn's neighbors.

They reappeared in A Faux Oak Finish! where it was shown that they are fans of Professor Oak. However, they and Johanna confused James for the real Professor Oak. They also appeared in Historical Mystery Tour! frequently.

Izzy and Cara also made an appearance in Challenging A Towering Figure! and served as judges for the Festival Battle Challenge.

Their latest appearance was in SS024 where they greeted Dawn on her return and gave her some vegetables. They are then seen saying their farewells to Dawn on her journey to Hoenn.
