Lampent puts its arms together and a light blue and blue flame appear in between its hands. It then pulls its arms next to it, dragging the fire with it. It then leans on its back and throws the fire to the top of its head. When the fire reaches its head, Lampent starts to spin rapidly with the top of its head facing the opponent. A light blue stream of fire with dark blue rings of fire around it then fires from the top of its head at the opponent.
