Heal Bell (Japanese: いやしのすず Heal Bell) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation II.

Effect

Generation II

All Pokémon in the user's party (including the user) are cured of sleep, poison, paralysis, freeze, and burn. It will not affect a target behind a substitute.

Generations III and IV

Heal Bell does not affect any Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof.

Generation V

Heal Bell now lists Pokémon that are healed and affects Pokémon with Soundproof.

Generation VI onward

Heal Bell now affects a target behind a substitute.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Heal Bell, the user regains some HP.
