Finally after completing the National Pokédex (barring {{p|Mew}}, {{p|Celebi}}, {{p|Jirachi}}, {{p|Deoxys}}, {{p|Manaphy}}, {{p|Phione}}, {{p|Darkrai}}, {{p|Shaymin}}, {{p|Arceus}}, {{p|Victini}}, {{p|Keldeo}}, {{p|Meloetta}} and {{p|Genesect}}) she will also give the player the Shining Charm, after the player talks to [[Cedric Juniper|Cedric]], which makes [[Shiny Pokémon]] more likely to appear.
