Gastly (Pokémon): Difference between revisions

Gastly is an example of what would seem to be a non-biological organism, that is, it dosen't appear to have many of the traits related to life as we understand it. Gastly appears to be {{DL|List of Pokémon by body style|Pokémon consisting of only a head|nothing more than a dense black nucleus}} of ghostly matter or gas that is surrounded by a thinner aura of purple smog. Gastly has big, white eyes and a mouth with a pair of fangs in it. The attachment of these appendages to the rest of its body is ill-defined at best, most often depicted as hovering just before the nuclious within the smog aura. Gastly's face is similar in style to {{p|Cloyster}}'s although the two Pokémon share absolutely no relation. It is variously stated that ghastly is made entirely of gas, and its evolutionary line has repeatedly demonstrated it's ability to pass through solid objects, so it is safe to assume that there is no solid structure anywhere in this pokémon's physiology.
