Fairy (type): Difference between revisions

The Fairy type is arguably  one of the best defensive types in the game. It has key resistances to the common {{t|Dark}} and {{t|Fighting}} types, giving it resistance to common moves such as Pursuit and Mach Punch; as well as the {{t|Bug}} type, which means a resistance to {{m|U-turn}}. Most of all, It also has a useful immunity to {{t|Dragon}}-type moves (it should be noted, however, that most Dragon-type Pokemon can learn {{t|Steel}}-type moves to address this problem). Its only weaknesses are to {{t|Poison}} and {{t|Steel}}, both of which are rarely used. (Gardevoir is one such Pokémon that can counter that using Psychic or other Psychic-type moves and Focus Blast.)
