Etsuya Hattori (Japanese: 服部悦也) was an illustrator for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. His first illustration was Sunkern, a card released in the Neo Destiny expansion in March of 2001. He is also credited as the illustrator for all of Lt. Surge's Pokémon in the Pokémon VS expansion. Not only had Hattori worked for the Trading Card Game, but he had worked in Graphic Support for the Pokémon Channel spin-off game. In total, he illustrated 3 cards for the trading card game.
