Elite Four (Hoenn)

The location of the Pokemon league which houses the Hoenn's Elite Four is in Evergrande City. In order to participate in this challenge you must collect eight of the Hoenn Gym Badges and go through Victory Road.

The members of the Elite four are:

• Sidney, Dark-type Elite 4 member
• Phoebe, Ghost-type Elite 4 member
• Glacia, Ice-type Elite 4 member
• Drake, Dragon-type Elite 4 member

The champions of the Elite 4 are:

• Steven, Steel-type champion (only in Ruby and Sapphire)
• Wallace, Water-type champion (only in Emerald)
