Eevee Day Celebration!
Eevee Day Celebration! (Japanese: イーブイの日記念! Eevee Day Celebration!) is a type of limited-time event in Pokémon Masters EX in honor of Eevee Day, a holiday established in Japan in 2018 to celebrate Eevee[1].
Three Eevee Tales
This event ran from November 21 to December 5, 2022. It was focused on the sync pairs Lyra and Vaporeon, Lucas and Flareon, and Kris and Jolteon.
The "Triple Feature Variety Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Lyra and Vaporeon, Lucas and Flareon, and Kris and Jolteon for the duration of the event.
During this event, players could earn Event Vouchers K from battles that could be redeemed in the Shop. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day. Extra vouchers were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.
The player could battle using Lyra and Vaporeon, Lucas and Flareon, or Kris and Jolteon to obtain +0.6× bonus vouchers; Leaf and Eevee, Sygna Suit Misty and Vaporeon, or Sygna Suit Erika and Leafeon to obtain +0.4× bonus vouchers; and Karen and Umbreon, Valerie and Sylveon, the player character and Pikachu, or the player character and Torchic to obtain +0.2× bonus vouchers.
While not named as such, this event featured a series of battles akin to previous Full-Force Battles, where players were challenged to defeat a large group of strong opponents. Similar to the Legendary Arena, players could use multiple teams with a limited number of total sync pairs, with the opponents' health carrying over between rounds and with previously used pairs unable to be used again until the challenge is reset.
Plot
Professor Oak is holding a lecture on Eevee for Trainers who have one as a partner Pokémon. Kris, Lyra, and Lucas attend with their Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon, respectively, to demonstrate some of the ways Eevee can evolve. After the lecture, Professor Oak asks them why they chose to evolve their Eevee the way they did. Lucas and Lyra say that they each evolved their Eevee into the Evolution that matched the type of a teammate they admired, while Kris says that she wanted a fast Pokémon to help her take on other speedy Pokémon she encountered on her journey. Professor Oak then comments that there's always an interesting history behind people and Pokémon.
